The WFPA sent out notice that the next WFPA Board of Directors Meeting is this Saturday, on June 10th, 2017.
They meet in private first, then the public session starts at 9:15am.

The WFPA Annual Meeting was held on May 27th, 2017. That’s the Saturday morning of Memorial Day.
Bill Loughrige did a fine job of leading the meeting as the President of the WFPA.
He mentioned that it seemed like there were fewer people attending this one than have in the past.

Woke up to smoke in the Walker Valley this morning.
After a bit of investigation, it looks like it’s a fire that down south, in Black Rock Canyon.
