We get email. Here’s the announcement for the WFPA Annual Meeting.

Do you want to help out by serving on the board?

There are 3 openings, with 3 current board members running for their own seats. (They didn’t say which ones.)

This year the WFPA annual meeting will be held at the WFPA Station on May
27th, 2023 starting at 9:00am.

There are currently 3 open Board of Director positions. We are excited to
announce that three of the current board members will be running for
re-election. The WFPA is also taking nominations for candidates who are
interested in running for these positions.

Getting involved with the WFPA Board of Directors is a great way to connect
with new people and serve the community. It will involve attending most of
the
meetings which are held at the Fire Station on the 2nd Saturday of each
month from 8:45am-10:??am. Serving on the Board is a 2 year commitment.

If you are interested in learning more or would like to be added as a
candidate please complete the candidate bio form that can be downloaded at

The form must be returned by April 10th, 2023. Email any questions

The WFPA Annual Meeting is also a community potluck lunch. This lunch will
follow the Annual Membership Meeting. Keeping with tradition please see
below for what type of dish to bring based on the first letter of your last
name.

If your last name starts with:
A – H please bring a dessert
I – R please bring a side dish
S – Z please bring a main entrée
