I heard about a new web site that’s based on neighborhoods called “NextDoor”. It’s sort of like a mini-FaceBook for specific locations.

I went through the sign up process. When I finally got logged in, it showed me nearby locations also. They really want you to get involved and start using the site.

The first post I saw was from Groom Creek. It was a mountain Lion at 8:00pm near their house, caught on a security camera, last night, less than 24 hours ago.
